I'm a Shamanic Practitioner, Psychedelic Integration Coach, Spiritual Life Coach, Conflict Coach, Reiki Master/Teacher, Akashic Records Reader and Breath-Work and Meditation Facilitator. After 19 years of personal and professional experience, I finally took the plunge and founded 'Grounded on 5th'. Here, I help people who, like me, have been conditioned by their environment and have lost their connection with their authentic hearts.
