When you schedule this pack of sessions, you will book all 4 of your sessions with me via email. It is ideal to schedule 1 session per week for a whole month (4 total sessions). The reason why it is preferable to have it each week is because of a little thing called "habit". When you introduce something into your life as a "habit", or a reaction to an action, it sticks. This is what we would like to do for your Ultimate Healing Journey; create a "healing habit" that the body-mind can tune into automatically when faced with the actions of life.

  • BONUS SOUND HEALING: You will also receive a Spotify or Youtube playlist of Sound Healing Music to play during your sessions.

  • BONUS HEALING TOOLS: Before and after each session you will receive self-reflection worksheets for your own reference. These worksheets are great to show tangible progress after the duration of the Ultimate Healing Journey is over.
